This is great! I got a Dragon Roll, FBI Roll, Oklahoma Roll, Texas Roll, and a side of gyoza. It was all great! The Texas roll wasn’t my favorite, but the Oklahoma was the best in my opinion. The people at the counter who I’m assuming are the owners were extremely nice and very polite. Gave me plenty of soy sauce packets and napkins. This was a 10/10 for me and I will definitely be telling my friends about this place!!!

One of the key highlights of the menu is the signature Sushi & Rolls, which showcases the freshness of seafood combined with an array of complementary ingredients. Whether you’re enjoying a simple tuna roll or indulging in a more elaborate spicy salmon creation, there’s something for everyone. For example, the rolls are packed with a balance of textures-crunchy vegetables, silky fish, and the satisfying bite of seasoned rice. Each bite is a reminder of the thought and care that goes into preparing these dishes.
If you’re not a fan of raw fish, don’t worry! The restaurant offers cooked sushi rolls and other menu items that allow you to enjoy the sushi experience without the raw seafood. One such roll is the tempura shrimp roll, where crispy shrimp is wrapped in rice and seaweed, topped with creamy avocado, and a drizzle of sweet sauce that makes it a perfect treat for anyone who enjoys something a little heartier.
Along with sushi rolls, the menu features a wide variety of sides and appetizers, like edamame and miso soup, which are perfect to kick off your meal. Each appetizer is packed with flavor and complements the main dishes well, helping to make the dining experience even more enjoyable. The miso soup, in particular, is rich and comforting, with a deep umami flavor that perfectly balances out the lighter, fresh tastes of the sushi.

This personal touch helps elevate the experience and makes each visit feel special. Many regulars rave about the attentive service, often mentioning how the waitstaff is always quick to make sure everything is just right, whether it's a drink refill or a new suggestion.

Off the beaten path sushi gem! If I lived near this yummy food, I'd be a regular! This is our pitstop when traveling South or when visiting Wildlife Safari. The quality and skill here is impressive. It's a sweet, older Asian couple who keeps things very clean who run it. You may eat inside, but no table service. You order at the counter and food comes in to go containers. I wish they had a place like this in Portland/Vancouver!
Ordered the oregon roll (typically with cucumber but was with asparagus here) and loved that the salmon on top was in nice big pieces! Also got the tempura shrimp roll - w/avocado, cuc, Crab (mix) and tempura shrimp with eel sauce (YUM) Great price and service for what you get. Obviously made freshly! Service was fantastic, only wish we could've dined in!
I'm reviewing this . I showed up when they first open the invited me to review their place. So I stopped in the day after Thanksgiving had salmon and I also had the temperature shrimp with the veggies. It had good flavor the shrimp was a little close but it still tasted good. The salmon sushi was great I had good flavor fresh and definitely not frozen unlike some other places around town. I will come back and try other food so yes this is a go to come to hear. First review. Showed up and the place was closed on a Monday was really looking forward to some sushi drove 20 minutes To get here. I will try again later.
We drove 10 miles from the outskirts of roseburg because we were craving sushi for lunch. It wasnt very busy, i dont know why, I think the location, but it was amazing sushi! Well worth it and absolutly delicious. We ordered the texas roll which is fried and the alaska roll, and the eel 2 piece apetizer sushimi. All were fantastic, we split all 3. Very friendly staff, lovely decorations and easy off I5 and back on in a zip. Will definitly ve back soon. Highly reccomened for sushi!
Ok so this place is unique it's located makes it a prime location for those passing in either direction. The people who run it are sweet and nice, the food now LETS TALK!! I have tried all of the different rolls. I would recommend the FBI, and the Oklahoma. The handmade rolls really feel like everything is made with care.
The Dragon Roll was fresh made so much flavor. I like the eel sauce they make. I treat myself every birthday.
